IT Sales Manager
Required Skills:
- 1+ years of experience as an IT Sales Manager
- English — Advanced (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of sales techniques and different clients acquisition channels
- Experience of using Upwork
- Understanding of web development technologies and client needs
- High level of negotiation and convictions / argumentation
- High level of presentation skills
Would be a plus:
- Excellent writing skills, ability to express thoughts briefly and to the point
- Experience with Pipedrive
- Attending industry conferences and events
- Experience with reports
Responsibilities:
- Search and negotiate with potential foreign customers, assess business problems, offer solutions
- Processing incoming development requests
- Presentation of the company's services
- Monitoring the estimation process
- Negotiation
- Preparation and signing of a contract
- Repeated customer engagement

The need to expand the team due to the increase in the number of projects
Structure of the company:
The company has two offices, 45 employees work in Khmelnitsky, 22 employees in Kiev. We are engaged in expansion of teams in two offices, also we work on a remote basis with specialists from other regions of Ukraine. Company structure: CEO, management (head of the office and 4 project managers), team: web, mobile, design, QA, sales, marketing, HR & Recruiting, back office.
