Structure of the company:

The company has two offices, 41 employees work in Khmelnitsky, 17 employees in Kiev. For today we are engaged in expansion of teams in two offices, also we work on a remote basis with specialists from other regions of Ukraine. Company structure: CEO, management (head of the office and 4 project managers), team: web, mobile, design, QA, sales, marketing, HR & Recruiting, back office.

Analytical and creative thinking
The experience of prototyping interfaces
Experience with Sketch, Photoshop, Figma
Experience in developing design for financial applications or sites is desirable
Ability to build and test product hypotheses
Experience in developing visual design
- Writing user’s cases
- Designing and drawing interfaces
- Involvement in work, interest in achieving results
- Self-reliance, responsibility and organization
- The ability to communicate and establish relationships both within the team and with clients
- Work with private entrepreneurs and assistance in managing documents by the company's accountant
- Payment of wages up to the 10th day each month
- Vacation: 21 calendar days
- Trial period: 3 months
- Working timetable: from 9.00 to 18.00 or from 10.00 to 19.00
