Back-end Technical Leader
Required knowledge and skills:
- From four years of experience with PHP;
- Experience on the position of Technical Lead or the desire to work on this position;
- Experience and knowledge of frameworks (symfony);
- Good understanding of OOP, design patterns, software development process;
- Strong knowledge of HTML / CSS3;
- Upper-intermediate level of English.
Tasks of a specialist:
- Communication with internal customer and project team;
- Designing and developing business logic of applications;
- Development of projects (creation of web-sites and web-services, development of already working projects);
- Optimizing the performance of systems (increasing productivity, security, etc.);
- Mentoring of junior specialists.

Size and structure of the company:
The company has two offices, 37 employees work in Khmelnitsky, 13 employees in Kiev. For today we are engaged in expansion of teams in two offices, also we work on a remote basis with specialists from other regions of Ukraine. Company structure: CEO, management (head of the office and 4 project managers), team: web, mobile, design, QA, sales, marketing, HR & Recruiting, back office.
