  • +3 years of experience on similar positions

Main tasks:

  • Work on the project at all stages
  • Set up the achievement of project objectives on time, within the scope and the budget
  • Involvement of all relevant stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification methods to manage changes of projects, schedules and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and methods
  • Management of relations with the client and all stakeholders
  • Working with external and internal risks to minimize project risks
  • Creation and support of complex project documentation
  • Use your own central repository, and ensure that standard and relevant document templates are available to all PMO team members, including the PM Toolkit
  • Manage day-to-day activities and coordination of PMO
  • Conduct annual assessments of the effectiveness and development of qualifications and training
  • Develop and implement new systems and processes, optimize project management
  • Attend specialized trainings, conferences, and share knowledge with PMO working groups to develop best practices
  • Participate in the team, create an atmosphere of openness, honesty, respect, cooperation and fun

The need to expand the team due to the increase in the number of projects

Structure of the company:

The company has two offices, 41 employees work in Khmelnitsky, 17 employees in Kiev. For today we are engaged in expansion of teams in two offices, also we work on a remote basis with specialists from other regions of Ukraine. Company structure: CEO, management (head of the office and 4 project managers), team: web, mobile, design, QA, sales, marketing, HR & Recruiting, back office.

Interview stages:
