Account manager

Required Skills:

  • English - upper — intermediate or higher
  • Higher education
  • 2+ years of experience as account manager
  • Experience in drafting contracts with customers, invoicing
  • Understanding the cycle of agreeing contracts and terms
  • Understanding of accounting documents
  • Personal qualities

    • Negotiating skills, ability to listen and understand clients
    • Ukrainian and Russian - advanced, good written and spoken skills

    Duties:

    • take part in pre-sale with a new project or client
    • identification of client needs and problems
    • timely inputs of payment to a billing
    • timely cost data transmission to finance department
    • drawing up presentations and reports
    • drawing up contracts for clients and additional agreements
    • control of invoicing and timely payments
    • remaining amount with finance department
    • assist with contracts (communication with clients, sales & finance)
    • shipping accounts of card payments to clients
    • insertion the coordinated conditions to a billing

    KPI:

    • % accounts, exposed according to the terms of clients
    • % payment in time
    • days for coordination of conditions in a company, fill in data
    • % projects with correct conditions in billing

    Necessity of expansion of Sales department

    Structure of the company:

    The company has two offices, 37 employees work in Khmelnitsky, 13 employees in Kiev. We are engaged in expansion of teams in two offices, also we work on a remote basis with specialists from other regions of Ukraine. Company structure: CEO, management (head of the office and 4 project managers), team: web, mobile, design, QA, sales, marketing, HR & Recruiting, back office.
