Stfalcon Successfully Completed the Certification ISO 9001:2015

Stfalcon has completed its management system certification, following the established guidelines set by the TÜV NORD CERT GmbH. The assessment conducted by experienced auditors confirmed the alignment of Stfalcon's management system with the specified standard and applicable legal regulations.

Stfalcon Is Compliant With ISO 9001:2015 Requirements

The Certification Body TÜV NORD CERT GmbH officially attests, following a comprehensive audit, assessment, and certification decision in accordance with ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015, that the Stfalcon Web and Mobile Development Company operates a management system compliant with ISO 9001:2015 requirements. The company will be subject to ongoing conformity assessments during the three-year validity period of the certificate.

To meet the ISO 9001 standard, we took several actions. We restructured our existing documentation, introduced additional documentation, established precise internal quality standards, set up a regular performance review schedule for our teams, refined our reporting format, and implemented a performance improvement mechanism as mandated by ISO.

This process can be likened to a company and process-level SCRUM retrospective.
