Lead Generation Manager
Required Skills:
- 1+ years of experience as a Lead Generation Manager
- English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
- Strong analytical skills
- Good knowledge of technology, startups, digital trends
- Ability to process large amounts of information and find the necessary data
Responsibilities:
- Finding new clients on Linkedin and other services based on certain criteria
- Initial contact of screening - search for information about a person, a company in social networks and the Internet
- Writting of initial/cold emails
- Searching for direct emails, phone numbers using various tools (Google, LinkedIn, AngelList, etc.)
- Finding and developing new ways to get qualified leads
- Experience with CRM Pipedrive

The need to expand the team due to the increase in the number of projects
Structure of the company:
The company has two offices, 45 employees work in Khmelnitsky, 22 employees in Kiev. We are engaged in expansion of teams in two offices, also we work on a remote basis with specialists from other regions of Ukraine. Company structure: CEO, management (head of the office and 4 project managers), team: web, mobile, design, QA, sales, marketing, HR & Recruiting, back office.
