Office Manager
Required Skills:
- 1+ year of experience on a similar position
- Competent speech, excellent knowledge of Ukrainian and Russian languages
- Good computer skills, office programs, ability to search information on the Internet
- Ability to communicate with people and find a common language

Responsibilities:
- Opening / closing an office
- Maintenance of cleanliness in the office
- Sending / Receiving Mail
- Provision of office stationery, household and food products
- Search for apartments for business travelers, payment of tickets (airplane, train, etc.)
- Reporting on costs
- Payment for conferences, public services, meals to the office, etc.
Structure of the company:
The company has two offices, 41 employees work in Khmelnitsky, 16 employees in Kiev. We are engaged in expansion of teams in two offices, also we work on a remote basis with specialists from other regions of Ukraine. Company structure: CEO, management (head of the office and 4 project managers), team: web, mobile, design, QA, sales, marketing, HR & Recruiting, back office.

Interview stages:
- Interview with the Head of the Recruiting Department - 1 hour via skype
