Personnel Officer
Required Skills:
- Higher education (accounting, law)
- Ukrainian and Russian - advanced, good written and spoken skills
- English - Intermediate
- 1+ years of experience as Personnel Officer
- Experience in drafting labour contract and personnel orders
Responsibilities:
- Formation of employees' personal files
- Registration of certificates, sick list, statements
- Preparation of personnel orders, keeping of employment record book
- Settling employment contracts and statements

Structure of the company:
The company has two offices, 45 employees work in Khmelnitsky, 21 employees in Kyiv. For today we are engaged in expansion of teams in two offices, also we work on a remote basis with specialists from other regions of Ukraine. Company structure: CEO, management (head of the office and 4 project managers), team: web, mobile, design, QA, sales, marketing, HR & Recruiting, back office.
